Bizao

Bizao is a Fintech with a 100% Telecom DNA headquartered in Paris and operating in about ten African countries with an IT center of excellence based in Dakar.

Since 2019, Bizao has built a vast network of banking partners and telecom operators in Africa, which already allows it to cover a market of 150 million mobile subscribers. Resulting from an intrapreneurship project within the Orange Group, Bizao is an independent company since 2019 which employs around 50 people and whose technical platform processes 270 million payment requests every month. In order to bring a complete expertise to the issues of digitalization of customer payments, we have built a multi-cultural team from organizations such as Orange, KPMG, Capgemini, Sopra banking, Atos, Western Union and the GIM UEMOA.
